"Propose of visit Business lunch. Visited in Mauritius winter. It was a perfect sunny day, with nice sea breeze. We were seated on the sea facing corner, and it was a delight having lunch with the view. If you are looking for a romantic venue, or even a casual business meeting for a post project debrief, this could be a perfect spot. Food is nice, and freshly prepared. Portions are adequate. Prices though might be on the upside. However, this is a little premium you would have to pay to be in this sea facing restaurant. Will I go again? Yes!"

"Nice place, genuinely nice people. Had the catch of the day, red snapper, which was very well cooked. My girlfriend wanted risotto but that wasn’t available, then she wanted melanzane which also wasn’t available.. Wine was served in a bottle but the bottle had already been opened, it tasted like it was diluted with water, not worth Rs875 at all.. When one sells wine by the bottle, the wine has to be unopened."

"Living near Durban in South Africa, I have eaten a lot of curry in my lifetime. L'Ananas provided the best seafood curry I have ever eaten, laden with octopus, calamari, fish, mussels and prawns. There may be no view or much atmosphere, but I can't wait to go back."

"Great venue, great food and finally..... a place in Mauritius that makes decent cocktails!! Beautiful view but very hot in the restaurant. Will be back."
