"About pathetic, if I could it be less than 1 star I would, waitress was very rude in very little effort than if she didn't want to be there, which was very remarkable when she messed up our order, I and my friend ordered 2 sushi rolls each, but the waitress brought only 1 roll for both of us who suspected it would be micro-smelling to me. we told her we ordered 2 reels per and at the time when we were finished eating our first sushi roll, we waited another 15 minutes for the second roll, which at the time was only asked for a review as left but when we left the waitress outside, demanded a tip and called us losing, even for how poor the service was. overall there is a lot of sushi rudeuraunts in sac, id beat other options to explore."

"I really wanted to like this place, but the process of ordering was very unclear.Luckily, this is the only AYCE Sushi restaurant where you can set up a reservation in advance. We arrived when they open for dinner and were seated immediately. However, there were so many people waiting in line, we were not provided any instructions how ordering worked. Thankfully, we had a friend who had gone to Aji before and informed us that we used a tablet to order, but we can only set up 3 orders the entire time (90-120 minute policy) we were there. So, we ordered our rolls for 5 people and waited.The photo attached is the only photo we took, and I will get to that later. Ordering on the tablet provided NO information regarding what was on the roll. Instead, we were able to add or remove items, but without any info on what was on the roll was pretty confusing. We were informed to look at the digital menu, which did not correlate to the tablet menu. So, again, very confusing. However, we eventually placed our orders and waited.Once the 1st tray of food arrived, we were not informed what the rolls were. We got the tray (see photo attached) and had to wait for a server to come back around to name the rolls! Imagine- you order all these rolls, no description in the tablet menu, and had to figure out what rolls were using the digital menu. No thanks- I 'd rather ask for help. The rolls were okay, according to my friends. I only ordered nigiri, and I enjoyed those. After the 1st order of 3, we figured since it was busier, we needed to order more rolls. We placed our 2nd of 3 orders and waited. We continued to eat the rolls we already had from the 1st order, but for some reason, the 2nd order of rolls was trickling onto our table rather than being on a large tray like the 1st order. Once we finished our rolls from the 1st tray, no more food came to the table. We ordered several items, but only 2 people received food and the other 3 were waiting... We waited maybe 20 minutes longer then finally HAD to ask a server, where are the other rolls? The server stated, when you order rolls and do not eat the rolls, the Chefs make small batches at first so you don 't waste food. So, I asked, well, if these rolls are mine and these rolls are my friends, what about the other 3 people waiting for food? The server said, You need to eat these rolls first before the Chef makes more. BIZARRE.We only took one photo because we were unhappy and hungry. We only ate 2 rounds of sushi than the given 3 rounds, so I guess no more was necessary. But, wee did not order anymore food because we were pretty frustrated, we went past our time limit of 90-120 minutes, and we got full after 1 round of sushi. In perspective, a smart business strategy to prevent waste and not waste business money. But, what a waste of money for the customer to WAIT for food, especially when your friends are ALSO WAITING to eat because the Chef decided to stop making the rest of the rolls to PREVENT WASTE. Very convenient for the restaurant!Sadly, I won 't be back, and 4 others agree they will not return either."
In beautiful weather you can even eat in the outdoor area, And into the accessible rooms also come visitors with wheelchairs or physical limitations. WiFi is available without additional charges.

"S1. Miso Soup was salty and flavorful, not just a watery broth. It's become increasingly hard to find miso in general, so having this comfort was well met. Sesame Balls were soft and not too sweet, as they should be. The R16. Famous Star was pretty good, but got cold fast. Would recommend eating the Famous Star first. Finally the M38. Sake Maki was amazing. Salmon was buttery soft, and slightly warmed by the rice. So good."
