"The pizza is very good quality here. They usually have unique options available such as buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, etc. The employees are very personable as well. It's a good place for a quick bite as well as a sit down meal. I'm not sure if they offer table service though."

"Small restaurant in the wall. Excellent food and enormous portions. I saw someone say their prices are too high. McDonald's is right next door if you want something cheaper because they have some of the cheapest prices I noticed. It is an all-hands-on-deck scenario, so sometimes the service is not as fast as many picky people would hope. However, when the food comes out, you will forget all this because the portions are correct and the food tastes even better. I can imagine that many negative Nancy's are looking to just hang the servers to your table. No. Bring a bottle of wine, sit back and enjoy yourself. And by the way, it's not dirty there. I don't understand where anyone came to that. Must rival restaurants try to speak an excellent establishment badly. If you're looking for a new Go-to."

"The BEST Vietnamese food. This is my favorite restaurant. The food is always excellent. I moved from Syracuse a few years ago, but always try to get back to MaiLan when I'm in town. I've tried many other Vietnamese restaurants but none compare to the freshness and flavor they cook up in this wonderful, tiny place."

Recently an employee, Isiah helped me a few times and he is one that should be recognized as a wonderful example of great customer service. "My husband and I went down to Joey's this afternoon. Our son gave us a gift certificate for Christmas and we wanted to save it for a special occasion that was my birthday today. What a delicious meal we had. We both love deeply fried Calamari, so we ordered this and our waitress Jeanna recommendation from Calamari Steak. Needless to say, the deep fried Calamari came home with us. We had chicken parm and it was delicious. I make my homemade spaghetti sauce and when I go out and find one that I as well as my own I know it is absolutely wonderful. Her house wine was also lovely. This will not be the last time we go to this restaurant and I will continue to rave on how good it was for everyone who wants to listen. Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience. We are here"

"Food was only ok. Flavor was not as pronounced as I'd hoped. Portion was a little small for the price. They were definitely short staffed and service suffered for everyone equally. They automatically add a 15% gratuity to your bill, but are very upfront about it. Overall, I had heard this place was amazing, but left underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn't explicitly tell someone to not visit."
