NEVER going back and I hope this review influences many people to avoid this place like the plague because the owner has really offended me. Coffee and Fanta also super high price. They aren't respectful in how they interact. It isn't about the customer. It's only about the money. That's not hospitality. It isn't even a great bar. Chairs not comfy. Decor outdated. Can you tell I did not walk away happy? Neither will you? Un scherzo? Non. Contro relazioni buoni. 15 euro per un gin? Fuori di testa. Malissimo locale. "We had visited la stua in 2020 before the beginning of the pandemic and were trying to have once again made positive experiences. besides the COVID requirements, the most remarkable was the use of a QR code to access the menu, fortunately not. a problem and as a result that it did not distract from the experience. the food and the service were excellent and we were pleased that herr bruce was still working there as attentive and friendly. the food and service was so good that we visited three times a week and will visit again next time in andalo."

"A lot to improve food most probably hotel convenience staff. In our case not even heated up properly. Owners not very keen on respecting formalities such as a proper fiscal document...had to ask for it explicitly. Apparently the guys running the place have just taken over from the previous owners...they need to learn a lot. And also need to learn to be a hell a lot friendlier to guests. Not really unfriendly but a lot insecure how to handle guests. A steep learning curve ahead. Can only wish them the best. For convenience food a bit overpriced"
