"Lisi auf der Rammernalm etwas ausserhalb von Saalbach gelegen bietet eine Pinzgauer Spezialität, die man nur mehr ganz selten in Restaurants bekommt: "Bladeln", das sind ganz dünne aus dunklem Mehl herausgebackene dreieckige Fladen die mit verschiedenen Beilagen, von Sauerkraut bis süß, serviert werden.Im Winter ist zu emphehlen den letzten Teil des Weges eine halbe Stunde bergauf durch die verschneite Landschaft zu Fuß zu gehen (und vielleicht nach 5 Bladln und einem Schnaps mit einem Schlitten zurückzufahren). Man kann aber bei weniger winterlichen Fahrverhältnissen bis zur Alm fahren. Die noch exklusiefere Variante ist, vom Schattberg / Limberglift die Tiefschneeabfahrt zur Rammernalm zu fahren."

"Wir haben hier mehrmals zu Abend gegessen. Das Ambiente ist eine gelungene Mischung aus modern und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Karte ist nicht sehr umfangreich, aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei und auf individuelle Wünsche wird gern eingegangen. Auch Cocktails werden serviert und so haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausschlaggebend für den Besuch war vor allem die Lage direkt bei unserem Apartment, aber es hat einfach auch geschmeckt!"
