"Tried my best to give this place a fair shake but three issues in a row is my limit. First time they delivered plain wings instead of mild like I ordered. The delivery man argued with me, insisting I placed the order wrong. He said the sauce comes in a separate tub that I have to select. That?s wrong and I told him so. I?ve ordered plenty of times before and the wings always come already tossed in the sauce. When I offered to show him my order proving him wrong, he, of course, backtracked. But he certainly didn?t offer to correct it. Second time, I watched a delivery driver, via the tracker, cruise ALL over town with my order, watching my delivery time increase over and over again. I called the store and got an unsympathetic person, obviously, who simply said they were busy. I told him I didn?t want the food anymore if it?s been sitting in a car this whole time why wasn?t it delivered in the order the tracker said it would be? Why does my delivery time keep getting pushed out? He got exasperated and said ?just call back if there?s a problem with it when you get it.? Finally got my order an hour and a half later. Third time, the tracker said the order was delivered but it hadn?t been (already was 15 min past the time the tracker said it would be here). Called the store and, yet again, got an unsympathetic person who said they accidentally closed out his delivery so it shows delivered even though he?s still en route. When I asked for an ETA, they said they didn?t know because they weren?t tracking them. SMH No offer to call the person to get an ETA. When I expressed my frustration and explained how I?ve tried to be fair and always tip well I was told this is how it is when they?re busy. That?s it. When I said ?ok, thanks,? the person said ?yup? and hung up. I get it?s not a great job. I get that it?s thankless and probably doesn?t pay too well. That?s why I tip as much as I do. I?ve tried to be sympathetic but I draw the line at rudeness."

Can be a cheap deal, I'd rather pay more and get what I want. I don't want any free pizza or half-hearted apology. No need to respond to these one guys will make sure to find another place for pizza. What was the icing wasn't the inconceivable young girl, we should expect that right at a pizza place? It was the rude female delivery driver on the pick-up that almost ran into me and another customer forced himself through the door. I'm good. You ruined my appetite."
