"If you are looking for the best golf in the Poconos, Paupack Hills has to be considered. We were a group of 8 guys and the course/hospitality was top-tier in the area. Course was fun, challenging narrow) and in great condition Despite showing up the day after a massive rainstorm). Some basic practice facilities were a nice bonus too. They offered a shuttle service at an affordable rate for anyone local looking to travel in a group, which was a huge for our group. The course has some great history to it as well being Tom Fazio's first ever course design. This is the type of course you can tell will only get better as the year's go on and it's in great hands with their management team. I play a lot of golf and for the price we paid $75 for prime hours $50 for a Replay), Paupack Hills will check all of your boxes. Definitely would reccomend if you are looking for some of the best golf in the Poconos!"

"About a week ago, my wife and I stopped into this bakery while out for a ride. Bought more than 30.00 worth of a variety of products. The pear tart was very freezer burned, so when we got home (about an hour away), we called and told the person who answered that the pear tart was freezer burned. They said they would have the owner call us back. The owner never called back. Happened to be out that way again today, so we stopped in to purchase some more of the products that were good...and mentioned the pear tart being freezer burned. Since we had called only about an hour after purchasing it last time, we expected to be reimbursed for it...or have it replaced. They refused to give any credit for the poor quality pastry we had to throw away, explaining that they only give credit if you return the product to them immediately. We were not going to drive an hour back to the bakery to return it...so we decided not to purchase the items we were going to get today...which would have nearly 60.00! So...they have lost a large sale, lost a customer and I will be putting this on all review sites I can find to warn other people. You cannot trust this bakery to back up their product. I am in my 60's and have never complained to a bakery about their product before...but this was severely freezer burned. They even lied and said they don't freeze their baked goods. Sorry...but I know freezer burn when I taste it. Not worth taking a chance on whether or not what they are selling is good or horrible. Don't waste your money."

"Psa: this place is open 11AM-9PM, Wednesday to Sunday, and on Monday! amazing! lots of space in the indoor and outdoor areas. extremely clean and comfortable. attentiveness, care and friendly staff. brisket and drawn boars were fantastic; very delicate and tasteful! Strawberry salad made a delicious, healthier side. Do not forget dessert: they are homemade brownie with ice is worth every bite! yum."

"What a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. We made 4:30 PM resevations for a Sunday Birthday Dinner. This was a smart move, by 5:15 or so the place was packed with what seemed to a be a regular crowd. Clean and comfortable dining room, nothing really fancy. BUT the selections on the menu were outstanding and the wait staff was excellent. Everything from the soup, the appetizers, the entrees and the desserts all were fabulous. No premade commercial products here, all were freshly made with love and careful attention to details in presenting a delicious meal. The owner Chris greeted each diner as if they were an old friend. This is a restuarant you MUST visit and enjoy a wonderful dining experience. We can not find words to describe how much we enjoyed our visit to Overboards."
