"Die Tellspielgesellschaft hat das Premiere-Essen organisiert. Einladend war der Apero und die Dekoration. Das Essen ist gut angekommen, aber die bestellten Vegi-Menüs waren ein Reinfall. Ich bekam nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage meinen Teller erst, als die andern am Tisch schon fast fertig waren mit essen. Das wäre ja noch akzeptierbar, nur war bei meinem Vegi-Teller das Fleisch durch eine doppelte Portion knapp gegarten Kartoffelgratin ersetzt. Das hat wenig zu tun mit einem Vegi-Menü!"

"For 10 CHF feasted on a dinner plate loaded with 2 large Pork patties and mashed potatoes. Sounds like the usual however it tasted like heaven. This restaurant is so clean you could eat off the floor. Expect fast, efficient service, hot food as appropriate and plentiful. The salad bar begged for a photograph it was so colorful, and attractive. I highly recommend this Coop when visiting Altdorf, William Tell country."

"Um zu diesem Restaurant zu gelangen gilt es vorher eine kleine Hürde zu überwinden, zumindest, wenn man , so wie ich, nicht ganz so schwindelfrei, bzw. Seilbahntauglich ist. An der SEilbahnstation angekommen, vermutete ich zuerst, dass diese Bahn wohl ein Ausstellungsstück sei. Nein, es war tatsächlich die Bahn, mit der wir fahren sollten. Und nun kommt es.Man ruft selbst oben auf dem Berg an und meldet sich quasi an. Dann besteigt man die Seilbahn un ddrückt einige Knöpfchen, schon geht es los. Ein bisschen mulmig war mir schon,aber die Aussicht war grandios. Auf dem Oberaxen angekommen, setzen wir uns gemütlich auf die wundervolle Terrasse des Bergrestaurants. Ich bestellte Rösti mit Salat und bekam einen so zauberhaft angerichteten Teller, so etwa shabe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Blick auf die Landschaft dazu einfach perfekt. Wer also hier in der Nähe ist, der sollte ganz unbedingt doch mal in diesem tollen Retsaurant vrobeischauen."

"We stopped here in late morning for drinks while hiking the Schachentaler high trail. The restaurant is located right on the trail.We were cordially met by several young men who staffed the facility. One spoke just a few words of English. The building is very traditional and old, but attractive and well kept. We sat outside, with outstanding views of the mountains. Very peaceful and restful there. Everything was clean, neat and well kept."
