"Today I had a yen for the subway. Not for Wawa, or QuickCheck, but Subway. I wasn't in years. As I go vegan, I go to such places very rarely, but especially subway. I remember when I was vegetarian, I went all the time and got a sub with egg patty for protein, plus spinach, red onions and BBQ sauce. Fantastic. Warm memories. I had hoped that in 2021 I could be able to go and find a vegan protein option on the menu, but unfortunately it was not to be. But I ordered a veggie sub, with spinach, peppers, banana peppers, red onions, tomatoes and oil and vinegar on a roasted foot Italian to drink with DP. I wanted to take my order, but I saw out there that a huge thunderstorm of water cloged as if there was no morning. So I beat myself up and dug into the goal of my longing. And it wasn't disappointed. I enjoy eating this fresh, crispy Sub and watching the storm come and go. The only downer was that there was no one who could thank you as I left. I know Subway's been having trouble doing business in recent years. Fast Casual has influenced the food industry in various ways. Maybe if they can make some changes, they can appeal to larger, fresher audiences. Here are some ideas I have: vegan options, green messaging, get rid of the yellow color scheme (it's 80s/90s), have cooler music, offer nitro ice cream coffee in one of these beverage tanks (most people have without milk), change to paper bags instead of plastic. Just a few thoughts. I guess something about subway still works because I have developed a desire so many years later, and I'm glad I listened."

"This place is terrible. I was in line and the guy cashier just flat out ignore me and took someone else's order when I was in the line and went in the back and used his phone, luckily a lady saw me and took my order.This same guy made my bagel and cream cheese, but there was barely any cream cheese. It's a complete rip off. It's as if they're cutting corners on the cream cheese. I'll send a picture.This happen around 5am and it was only two people in that shift. I couldn't get there names, but it doesn't matter I won't be coming back. Overall the guy worker done a terrible job in customer service, the lady did a much better job than him."
