"A typical local Usteria with a small variety of local dishes. We tried the Capuns and the Maluns, which were quite as good as home made. It takes a bit of time but this is because they are made to order. The waiting time is no waste when you enjoy the unique views of The Valley Val. The open white, the beer from draft and the apple cider were fresh and refreshing. The staff is super friendly and will even arrange for an affordable ride back to the train if you are late or not inclined to hike."

"Our daughter had recommended the restaurant as something special. we reserved a lunch table for three and a fourth person for the future. no problem, although christian weber was alone in the kitchen and served us. after wonderful appetizers beautifully arranged, the...Guarde served us a magnificent salate and a main course with many unknown ingredients, rounded with a selection of special sweet fruit flavor. as far as possible, everything from their own garden/chicken/field with rough old species. we sat outside and enjoyed every bite that matched the wonderfully mixed flavors well. I like to drink a glass of wine, eat a hearty steak etc., but this was a selection of aromen for every gourmet restaurant and we have only drunk fruit juice, tee and mountain water. the price is high, but given the adventurous, unforgettable taste experience it deserves to be included in the series of gourmet flavors. do not go there if they only want to eat a steak or filet mignon and leave quickly."
