"Server did his best, he was obviously still new. Managers just walking around not helping their struggling staff. Floors were a train wreck, dishes were grimy. There's more people working the front store than the restaurant. Managers need to be helping not standing there just watching the mess continue to unfold."

"This Chick-fil-A is unique in that the drive-thru line is the curb at Rolling Oaks Mall. The staff is friendly, and considering they have to walk into the mall to the store and then back out to get your food, it's still a timely experience. So far I've only had one inaccurate order of the five times I've been, and it was quickly remedied."

"The Bavarian restaurant is a wonderful place to repair your Bavarian cuisine! The Schnitzel shares are huge (I took half home), as I enjoyed in Germany. The Jaeger Schnitzel has a perfect mushroom engraving at the top. The red cabbage (German red cabbage dish) was delicious, as was the roast potatoes (baked potatoes or roast potatoes). The room is cozy and the decor is like a step into an authentic Bavarian restaurant in Germany. The service is always excellent, and it seems that all servers, like the owner, speak German, what my husband enjoys friend, since his birth, grew up and worked in Germany for the majority of his life (Military BRAT). An unexpected perk is that the owner is an excellent photographer and his photos grace the walls of the restaurant! Do not miss this jewel of authentic Bavarian cuisine on this side of the pond!"

"I was here for my Christmas meal. I was just unemployed and hungry. The Buttermilk Chicken dish sounded amazing. I have some Mozzarella sticks as an app. And thank God for that. Waited 30 minutes for my hatch warm Mozzarella sticks and waited an additional 20 for my primary course. Well. For the low price of $32 it finally showed up. I think the picture says everything. Two pieces boiled dry chicken. 2 pieces Broccoli and some combed Mac cheese. Save the extra costs and just make this dish at home. At least I sat fast and the server was decent.. I probably won't be back. It was disappointing."

"What even is Jack-in-the-Box without chicken every time I come to this Jack-in-the-Box location there's the same guy definitely on some thing that tells me there is no chicken. Just warning y'all before y'all want to come to this location. Just seems like Jack-in-the-Box needs to get their shit together it is 5 o'clock on a Friday, and when I went last time it was 2 o'clock on a Wednesday. I've been working in the service industry for years, plan y'all's stuff out better or y'all would be better off shut down with the amount of business I see y'all bring."

"I only gave this place a 2 star review because that staff was friendly, prices were fair and it was clean. The food is awful. I took my mom to lunch here and we both tried to eat it but about 5 bites in we said I can 't eat this. It tastes weird. It tasted like a ton of cardamom and some kind of chemical. We left our plates there and went to good 'ol GARIBALDI on Walmem rd. They have NEVER disappointed."

"I ordered Chick-Fil-A delivery to my school as an incentive for my students to reach size. The delivery driver didn't deliver 2 shakes, and I called the restaurant to let them know we missed the shake. As soon as I hung up, I discovered that the delivery driver (probably accidentally) had spilled about 1/3 of a large coke into the bag of the food and had soaked most pommes. During further inspection, the nuggets were also out, and the shakes (which were released again) came into children's cups instead of regular small cups. I checked with one of my students working at Chick-Fil-A. I had the kids around the coke-filled pommes and called the location back. The woman who answered was very rude and told me that I could exchange all the food for a new order. I explained that the children have to come back to class so I could pick them up and eat them. She said there's nothing they could do, and then she said that she couldn't be sure that the delivery person was the one who spilled the coke....Please understand, I'm a high school teacher, so it needs A LOT to shock me. I was blown away from the sheer lack of condition in a customer service role, and the amount of susceptibility from this woman to worry that I must have spilled the coke myself. Could I be small and provide our video recordings of the food that was soaked before my retrieval? Probably. But it's not that deep. I just want others to know that management in this place is less than helpful and more than rude. I recommend any other Chick-Fil-A if you can avoid this place."
