"Anders als in den Vorjahren waren wir leider von unserem Besuch im Stixs diesmal in keiner Weise angetan. Das kleine Restaurant war zur Mittagszeit ziemlich überfüllt und daher entsprechend lärmig. Wir bestellten aus der Mittagskarte ein Sushigericht und eine warme Speise. Das Sushi kam als erstes und wurde vom Chef ungefragt vor mich hin gestellt, obwohl es für meine Frau war. Dies wurde dann mit ziemlicher Irritation (offenbar geht man im Stixs davon aus, dass Frauen keine teureren Sushigerichte essen) und stumm korrigiert.Danach mußten wir ca. 7-8 Minuten auf das warme Gericht warten. Obwohl wir uns nicht einmal beschwert hatten, wurde dieses dann sehr unhöflich und unwirsch vom Chef auf den Tisch "geknallt". Auch wieder ohne jede Entschuldigung, als hätten wir diese Situation herbeigeführt. Zu allem Übel war auch leider die Qualität beider Gerichte nicht so, wie wir es früher vom Stixs kannten. Das Sushi war nicht nur auffallend unregelmäßig geschnitten, sondern hatte auch Geschmacksnoten, die in Richtung TK gingen. Mein Rinderfilet war zum Teil gut, zum Teil zäh (!), was leider darauf schließen läßt, dass nur zum Teil Filetstücke verwendet wurden. Ein leider durchweg frustrierender Besuch, den wir so schnell nicht wiederholen werden."
