"This location wins the price for the worst customer service experience I had in a long time. The cashier who works the window with the long braid/webs was so rude to me. I overloaded for my order and then closed the window in my face when I wanted to talk to a manager. I'm asking the kind of person to talk to a manager, if I have a good experience, because I love to celebrate people, but I had to say something because I was surprised how mean and hating it was to me. Management doesn't seem to care. There are many restaurants to apply in Dallas. He'll never get a dim from me again. Please invest in retraining your employees. Customer service is still an important part of the business. I know that many companies still struggle to find enough staff to support their businesses, but having the right staff to represent your brand is still important.
