"Wir waren zu 2 auf der Terasse. Zuerst haben wir lange auf ein service gewartet. Dieser war heillos überfordert und unfreundlich. Als wir dann noch Rösti mit Speigelei bestellt haben und diese auch bekamen ging ich mit dem Teller zurück ins Restarant. Die Rösti war labrig und sah aus als wäre sie schon mehrmals erwärmt worden. auch hatt sie keine Konsistenz von echten Kartoffeln. Eine Halbe Rösti kostet 16.- (mini Portion obwohl wir eine grosse bestellt hatten) Darauf hin packte mich ein älterer Mitarbeiter mehrmals am Arm, Beschimft mich und flippt Total Cholerisch aus ! FRECHHEIT!!!"

"We visit this hotel sonce years and the breakfast buffet and dinner was always amazing (for us vegan). now they finally added something clearly marked eating in the lunch menu, which is a big plus. the hotel itself is very cozy, beautiful staff, beautiful spa area and amazingly located in the Swiss Mountains."
