"Love mad mex and I'm repeat customer for the Subiaco store, while I was in Claremont doing some shopping I thought I'd try out the store here.<br>

Unfortunately it's nothing like I'm used to and the quality of service isn't synonymous between all franchises. <br>

First of all very stingy, portions given were terrible especially for the price. (Pictures is a chicken quesadilla with added onions, capsicum and apparently I wasn't allowed corn because it's only for vegetarians)<br>

Lack of customisation that is usually never a problem. <br>
<br>
Will not return to this particular location.<br>

Staff were nice but they need to learn to be more generous."

"I want to sincerely thank the staff of Zambrero for safeguarding my wallet after it had fallen out of my pocket shortly after I left the store, and their efforts to contact me. This is excellent customer service! Also the burrito was nourishing and the beef succulent. A delicious experience. Burrito enthusiasts take note!"

"This outlet is the closest to work. Love their black rice powerbowl and is the only thing I order. So happy it's gluten free and most sauces are as well. Their website gives a detailed breakdown of what is gluten free and what's not. I forgot to check on the sauces but staff were able answer promptly and certainly. Only downside, $13.95 is not a competitive lunch deal. Healthy and delicious tho! Oh I also found some servers to be less generous than others especially during peak hour."
