"While the restaurant is open only certain evenings (thus only for dinner), it is worth planning for. We especially enjoy the Chicken Carolus and the beer and bacon soup. (Yes, you read that right: the soup is made with beer and bacon! How can it...get any better The chocolate crêpes are also excellent. Accompanied by a wide range of great beers, the menu is tops. The atmosphere in here is perfect because the music is not loud, and the light is not harsh. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. This is one of our most favorite places in Puebla and is a well-kept secret; we come here about once a week."
In pleasant weather you can even have something in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WLAN.
