"I have ordered a delivery order several times before the Oap fish and chips option for two and always paid with the card. I called tonight to order the same and was told that they didn't take a card about the phone as it takes... much time, I told him I didn't have cash in the house. then he was allowed to accept my order. but then told me we didn't deliver the Oap option. I should order the normal fish and chips. obviously I didn't go ahead with the order. these are two customers they have lost!"

"Awful food, overpriced and tiny portions. Had kids working there that couldn’t care less. and took about 20 minutes to get the terrible meal ready. Clearly understaffed. £12.10 for tiny piece of cold thickly battered greasy fish and about 20 undercooked chips. Absolute disgrace and obvious that owners just interested in maximising profits and do not care about the shocking food they are serving. Used to go there regularly when it was Jacks but will never set foot in the place again."
