"Hands down the worst cafe I have been to. There was no choice, only one cake available. I declined tea as no soya milk available but was then brought a pot of tea which I accepted as I didn't want to be awkward. It was only luke warm, not hot as the pot had not been warmed. The tea was twice the price of a coffee!!! I ordered 2 crepes £3 each or 2 for £5.50). They took 15 minutes to come and were stone cold, thick and doughy. The order was wrong I ordered Nutella and banana but was given strawberries. I asked for the cream on the side and explained that my children may not like the cream, but the cream was spread right through the inside of the pancakes. They offered to remake them but I couldn't wait another 15 minutes with a 3 6 year old. I also ordered one sprite and was given 2 tins. Not a big issue but the whole order had been wrong. On paying they tried to charge me £6 for the crepes and insisted that they were 2 individual crepes as they brought them on 2 plates which I had not asked them to do). I was shocked that they were repeatedly insistent on me paying the larger amount, not the price stated on the menu, which was translated through another person. They were lucky that I paid at all. All in all a totally disappointing and frustrating experience. Going out for a cake is a real treat for myself and my children but I left feeling really upset at the experience. Avoid at all cost!!!!"

"Usually enjoy the Toby Carvery but for the money I was disappointed. The lamb was not tender and really not much of it,small scraggy slices. The veg ok but not very interesting,not as they used to be."

"4.5. I took away here tonight. was 5 out of 5. pizza probably the best I had in years thin crust amazing taste and texture but was not cut properly so lost a few decimals for it and I had the prawn cocktail and the sauce was not mixed so only half the garnels were saucy and not the salat was. but his probably best meal I had one."
