"We have booked via email, had a quick response back. we stayed in front of place and fascinated a cozy land pub with decent food and that offers exactly that, we were not local and some land pubs can be clicky, the renter went out of the way to. insure we had a pleasant meal, our waiter ethan was super efficient, the starters were so delicious, I would highly recommend the duck jump rolls. all menus looked appetit, we went for the special board “Wagu Burger”, the presentation, food-proportioned hygiene, were all absolutely mocking. I'd get out of here to eat again. thanks for a nice eating"

"We're regular s at Morris's.The restaurant staff have worked very hard to make it Covid safe.Everywhere is kept clean well sanitised.The food is excellent, they have been able to keep a good selection even in these difficult times.Food is well prepared, very reasonably priced, with excellent portion size.Friendly, happy helpful staff."

"Heard a lot of good comments, so went for an overnight stay. Our allocated room, (The Happy Heron was tastefully decorated and warm. (Really appreciated after a rather wet and dismal journey! The bathroom is well appointed, but there was a layer of dust on the cross-piece on the rear of the bathroom door, and the bath seemed to have a powdery coating. Comfortable bed and quality bedding. Tea/coffee/ chocolate and a coffee machine, which unfortunately had no instructions on how to use. And so to dinner. My wife ordered the chicken breast and I the hake and chips. My wife's meal was really good but alas, my hake was small, chewy and covered in a batter that disintegrated as soon as you put a knife to it, sending shrapnel over the table. My wife's dessert of an individual apple pie was baked so hard, she had to have a knife as well as her spoon to break into it! My sticky toffee pudding was good. The staff, especially Alison, were really helpful, and Stuart quickly dealt with our departure in the morning. For the money, not really good value, having stayed at various hotels that offer better value."
