"Sehr unfreudlicher Service. Alles sehr schmuddelig (Getränkekarte war verklebt und nicht zu öffnen).Um die Zeit zu überbrücken wollten wir ein Gelati geniessen. Leider wurde daraus ein herbe Enttäuschung. Die Portionen (Kugeln) waren winzig. Für drei Kugel wollte die Bedienung zuerst sage und schreibe CHF 14.- dafür verlangen. Erst nach heftiger Reklamation wurde der Preis dann auf CHF 9.60 gesenkt.Als wir die Bedienung auf die winzigen Kugel ansprachen kam lediglich ein mudes Schulternzucken und die Antwort: der Gelati-Schöpflöffel sei halt nicht grösser.Daher mein Rat, geniesst Euer Gelati besser an einem anderen Ort. z.B. im Cafe Ricardos am Engelplatz."

"A beautiful surprise at the back of a kitchen gift shop that serves every taste with hot and cold buffet-style dishes. Beautiful atmospheric friendly and helpful service that was opened quite late and had an almost complete house. Food prices are...weight and because the prices in the area are pretty good. Delicious carrot and parrot curry with excellent frits was a treat and well worthy of a return visit."

"Went there because it was next door to where we were going to a concert. After some initial confusion navigating the menu on ipads, we ordered the shrimp tacos and was pleasantly surprised by the presentation. 4 tacos brimming with shrimp served on a wooden board, accompanied by a dip that tasted of lime and avocado. I asked for tabasco and was given that as well as a small jar of homemade chili pepper sauce. The homemade pepper sauce was one of the hottest I'd tasted, just as well I had not put too much on each taco. The tacos were delicious, the best I've had in a Mexican restaurant in Switzerland but my friend could not finish her tacos because she had added a drop too much of the homemade sauce. I asked the waiter if the sauce was from habanero and he replied what sounded like 'coast'. I googled hottest peppers that evening and saw 'ghost' pepper, so perhaps it was what he meant. My nose and eyes were watering but I dared not dry my eyes until I had washed my hands with soap! The hot sauce made a reappearance again during the 1st Act of the operette, when I felt a burning sensation in my stomach, which lasted through a few arias while I was sitting there. The restaurant is in an old building (perhaps 300 years or more) years old and was a bit dim inside. But they have cleverly decorated it in a Mexican stable, gaucho theme. Even the bathrooms looked like a stable, with Mexican painted sinks. There were quite a few families with children there for lunch. Makes a nice change from the usual Swiss food, just go easy on the homemade pepper sauce..."
