"I have been a very happy customer of MARCONI’S pizza since they opened, and this was my go-to pizza place. Fresh ingredients, fast service. Today was my 1st time ordering from the newly named ‘Carmoni’s’ and I am extremely disappointed. Falsely advertising the same menu but not the same at all. The pizza was soggy, the Michigan salad no longer has the candied pecans or the homemade raspberry dressing. When I called to ask I was told they were using completely new vendors. I will not be ordering from here again, and the hospital clientele will decline as well. False advertising, and gross decline in the quality of food offered. I’m not sure what transpired behind the scenes for the name change, but you’ve got to update your website to reflect the changes."

"My fiancée and I visit this parkway location on Sunday morning. And while the servers are really friendly, we have never been there that there are at least two tables that have dirty dishes on them. The windows inside and the entrance curtain are dirty. Last time we were in there, the coffee cup of my fiancée had left the lipstick from the previous user. The cutlery was dirty too. And there were dirty dishes on some tables. The food is always good and exactly what we want. This is our problem now. Let's go because food is good or let's stay away because the place is not clean. Okay. Leo, look at this place. Does this represent your business ethics?"
