"Die Tagessuppe konnte die Bedienung uns nicht sagen. Erst nach der Bitte, dies doch zu erfragen. Für die Suppe gibt es den Punkt. Die brühe war fein. Den bestellten Toast für den kleinen Hunger, erwies sich als Familienportion. Viel zu fett und mit Massen von Käse Überbacken. Der salatteller war sehr Paprika lästig und der karottensalat hatte eine gärende Note. Das bestellte Schweizer Schnitzel war ein cordon Blue. So stand es auch in der Karte, aber mit Unmengen an Schinken, das alles nur salzig machte. Ein rösti dazu, der sehr fad war. Der Preis dafür war kernig. Wir waren die ersten Gäste und wollten essen zum test für unsere Hochzeit. Aber das hat sich nun erledigt. Dazu kommen die fliegen, aufgrund des stalles neben an. War nicht gerade Appetitlich."

"We were at the greyhoundshow in the opposite and have eaten at an evening to evening.Very nice staff, we could take the dog, all very good but the portions too big. to the luck they have made us the doggy bag.The advice is to take a dish for two people.Absolutely recommended!!!"

"What a surprise in Schwarzwald! We thought we would not escape from schnitzels and wursts but found this restauarnt and we were soooo lucky to taste lamb, tuna, light salad with horseradish, risotto with fish and great desserts. The prices are reasonable and the dishes just excellent! Each dish is just perfectly planned and thought over. Even the traditional Schwarzwalder Kirschtorte was served in a nice and original way. No boredom here! We were with kids and they also had menu for them and they loved it! The service is caring and fast. Everybody so polite and full of advice! Not to miss in Donaueschingen!"
