"We were now in the restaurant and Terasse on 2 Fridays in a row, as there were live music. The service was unfortunately not the same on both evenings as you imagined in the restaurant of a 4-star hotel. Only the claw from the bar gets from us 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can only rate the rest with 1 star. We actually experienced the same thing as my previous speaker Ingo Martinschledde on 05 May. Very bad. If the music hadn't been, we'd be out after 10min."
