"I had a pizza with raw ham and mascarpone. the pizza was bad for my taste. the raw ham was cut too thick, from no good quality and too much. the soße remembered more of a zimt pi sauce than a marinara."

"Qualitàt auf hohes Niveau. Der Besitzer, der kleine Mario, legt viel Wert auf das italienisches Wesen seines Restaurant. Die Produkte kommen direkt von Italien und das Personal das In der Kùche arbeitet (egal ob es um den Koch oder den Abspùler geht) ist nur Italienisch. So etwas ist heutzutage selten anzutreffen. Das Angebot scheint vielleicht ein Bisschen teuer zu sein aber die Speisen sind wirklich gut. Die Nudeln werden der italienischen Tradition entsprechend nur "al dente" serviert. Die Pizzen werden mit Echter Mozzarella belegt und alles wird tàglich vorbereitet. Das Service ist vielleicht ein bisschen langsam aber es ist sorgfaltig. Also: ab Chur gibt es kein besseres Restaurant in dem die italienische Kùche so gut vertreten ist. Dieses Restaurant ist sicherlich einem Besuch Wert"
