"The staff are disconnected and disinterested in what they're doing. The prices have reached a point that's borderline rediculous. I have also had the experience where the employees close the restaurant early and shut off all the lights before 11. The last straw for me was last week. I ordered a number 2a with a strawberry banana smoothie. The smoothie was a cup of crushed ice with no flavor, the fries were dead cold. I ordered the burger with no onions, when I opened the box there was ketchup smeared all over and the cheese wasnt melted and it had no pickles. I paid over $13 for this food that I ended up throwing away. I work alot and tend to stop at mcdonald's twice a week on the weekends. I will no longer be giving you my business as this has been my experience more than halfthe time for the last two months."
