"This place seems to be run by a couple who may verge on the Fawlty but OMG the food and drink is absolutely amazing. We had tapas sardines, croquettes and the local wine and I could have happily died here. It was sublime. It's slow, home cooked, and with no sense of rush but worth the wait. Simply divine."

"Stumbled across this small restaurant which looked quite nice and was well populated for late afternoon. Was shown the catches of fish available and chose the Sole, which was good. We were informed that the sides came in the price and chose baked potato and salad. The former was good and the latter a tiny bowl barely enough for one. That said, we did not complain as looking for a light lunch. All good until the bill came along and they added the sides plus cost of oils for the bread. Only when we quizzed the staff did they withdraw the charges. Blaming the till system. Such a shame as took away the enjoyment having had such a blatant con attempted. It’s not the money, it was the principle. The amount of the sides was less than the tip, which we did not then leave. Such a shame as the food was good."

"We did not book, but was able to get a table for two for dinner there was a limited menu of local oriented service was extremely slow and eat, once delivered was very disappointing, especially given a higher than average price tag would not return,...nor recommend a visit"
