"Food was okay....Atmosphere was a complete disappointment. They take you to your table and give you paper menus. Once you make your food decision, you go up to the counter to place your order. If you order an appetizer, be aware that all your food comes out at one time, IN CARTONS! You get plastic utensils, bottled drinks, it was a disaster! No one ever came back to our table to ask if we needed anything else. If I wanted carryout, I would've gone to Taco Bell.Lista's used to be one of my favorite restaurants...NO LONGER!"

"Both burgers came out pink, then when we got the new ones, my husband's still had the paper that separates either the raw patties or the cheese in his sandwich. He ate atleast 2 bites of the paper. I get they were rushing because they were busy but that doesn't excuse undercooked food and paper put in the burger. Definitely won't be coming back."

"I ordered a Detroit-style meaty deluxe pizza. Whenever I arrived home, I noticed that the pizza was literally just the dough, cheese and sausage. No bacon, no pepperoni, NOT EVEN SAUCE. Ok, someone wasn 't paying attention while making this simple order. Whenever I called the store, I informed the employee of my issue and asked if a new pizza could be made and delivered to my house (I live about 1.5 miles from the store so I thought this was realistic) and the employee stated sure, if you pay for delivery . Um no? I 've already been to your store once and am not visiting the store again because of your mistake. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager for a refund and whenever the gentleman answered, I explained the situation and was strongly pushed towards receiving a store credit instead of a refund. Absolutely not, I gave the store the opportunity to make this right and was told I had to PAY FOR DELIVERY AFTER THE STORE MESSED UP. After all of this, I don 't want to think about visiting the store again with my fancy store credit. I, again, requested a simple refund. The man stumbled over his words, asked me to hold on, and HUNG UP ON ME. Whenever I called back, he apologized because he wasn 't sure how to work the phone system and that he couldn 't give me a refund because he WASN 'T THE MANAGER. The actual manager had left the store to do a bank run. He notified me that he would have the manager process the refund whenever they got back. It 's now been almost a full day since this situation occurred, I have not received a refund of my order. I have not received a phone call from the General Manager. I gave the store an option to make this right (by recovering for their mistake by delivering me a correct order whenever I live 1.5 miles away) and the store refused and persisted to disappoint me with their lack of service. I will absolutely NEVER order from this Pizza Hut or any other location ever again. You 've lost a lifelong customer."
