"Don't get the vegan burger! My wife ordered the quinoa on the menu but it wasn't possible any more. As alternative she ordered the vegan burger. Too bad! Tasteless, not well baked and cold inside. We complained and they would tell the cook but no reaction. No apology, not trying to find a way to solve the problem, nothing at all! What an arrogance, amazing.... Don't understand me wrong, making a mistake is only human but don't act as if the customar is stupid. Don't think it' just a tourist so he's gone next week.
