"I waited 20 minutes for a cheddar cheese toastie with salat and it cost me $18. they don't make a mistake, it was the most impressive I ever had. it was very artistic. my coffee was also exceptional. the ambiente is pleasant, but. the stairs at the door make accessible a challenge, unless they want to sit on the road. by the way, the previous customer also mentioned the long waiting period. in any case we were the only diners."

"No one enjoys a terrible or bad evaluation, but after two unsuccessful attempts to try not overcooked and tasteless chicken we will be a wide lie to the highett franchise. my advice, would be for management, jumping over the counter and any...money for taking away, hidden in the big brown pocket and quickly looking at the advertised version above the servier area. then they take it outside and open it! what we found were chicken teeth that all hang together, small, hard and the coating drops. Hehn original simply over boiled, or was kept in the heat for too long before being sold to another invaluable customer. I'm sorry to eat quick food that doesn't come anywhere near to what is beautifully photographed in their shop. bye."

"Dropped in for lunch. Our meal was ok but the female toilets have to be the most disgusting toilets I've been in. Absolutely filthy, and I'm talking years of built up grime. Also the front registers look to have grease build up as well. Get your act together KFC, definately will not be back."

"The Southland Shopping Centre was not busy when we were there for a quick Friday dinner after a short shopping. I had the two pieces for $7.95. There were two drumsticks. On other outlets, a thigh section is usually obtained which has more meat. The...chips were a reasonable serve for a takeaway output, but tiny compared to a typical traditional fish and chip shop. The meal also came with a Pepsi Max. The food dish was clean, but also far from busy. It was a 10-minute walk, mostly through the shopping center, to Southland station, where we touched with seconds to replace our myki smart cards and led a Frankston line train."
