"Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There's always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they're always nice regardless but yeah there's often a crazy wait time and you can't order ahead at this location."

"I ordered chicken with buffalo sauce on the side. The chicken came out way over cooked and burnt, it was black. I let the server know and said I understand if the oil needs to be changed. The cook was very rude and I could hear everything. He said the manger was lazy and hasn’t changed the oil. I say okay and ate my fry’s. Another customer next to me also ordered chicken and it was cooked perfectly and not burnt. I left a note on my bill explaining this and the cook loudly said I ate some and sent it back. I heard everything. This place and that cook need a serious lesson in hospitality. I feel bad for people who travel this location regularly."

"For off campus student housing this is easily the best option. Prices aren’t too high, much less than it costs to live in the dorm buildings, and the building lets you have access to various rooms. you get access to the apartments gym, game room, lounge, movie theater, etc. if you’re going to college at SUNY Plattsburgh and want to live off campus this is your best bet, never had an issue since I’ve moved in."
When the weather conditions is good you can also eat and drink outside, and there is complimentary WiFi.

"I wish it could let me give a zero star. By far the worst dunkin in town! I’ve given this spot multiple trips weekly and have been since they opened and yet I’m always having an issue. 1) the hash browns are always cold and hard, disgusting and I don’t bother getting them anymore 2) every time I order something other than an iced coffee, it’s completely made wrong! This is sad and I don’t know why the manager ensures the quality of these drinks since this is a drink place. It’s not that hard to understand milk is what makes most of a latte. Utterly disappointed with the mindless people who don’t understand drink quality. It’s not hard to make a drink correctly even when you have multiple resources to see exactly how they’re made. I know from working at fast food places myself so I do understand the work required for fast food and it is not THIS."
