"Had a very enjoyable meal at San Marino with 3 other ladies on Monday evening. Unfortunately, Anne, one of our group, felt unwell and collapsed in the reception area. Nick, the manager, was absolutely brilliant! He was calm and very kind and attentive whilst instructing staff and ensuring first aid procedures were implemented. He arranged for an ambulance and monitored her heart rate whilst waiting for the paramedics to arrive. Anne was taken to the hospital and happily discharged the following day, none the worse for her experience and full of praise for Nick and his team!"
