"Have been sitting here a couple of times with work and also taken along. also good service and very accomodation for the nutritional requirements, in my case vegetarian. often when we went, we would be the only one there, so a bit awkward initially I felt. overall it is not the best place I have ever eaten, but does the job"

"This store frequently runs out of milk for those shopping before am when the delivery is made. Today when I asked a manager (drafted in from another store) why they did not order more he replied that the amount was decided by the computer....You would only need to go and look at the empty shelves every morning to see this isn't working but its obviously much easier to blame the computer than take responsibility for under ordering. If this manager found the computer had underpaid him would he just shrug and say the computer knows best! The other problem encountered at this store today is also a regularly occuring one. Only one manned checkout open and then when the supervisor does open another one they peel people off from the end of the queue rather than serving the people who have waited the longest. This happens so often to me, three times in the last two weeks alone, that I think a fairer system should be introduced which does not allow the supervisor to play God' and choose who gets through quickest. This could be a filter queue or a ticket system like those at delicatessens."
