"WOW in any way!! First, the employees of the classic South are friendly, very knowledgeable in their menu and they are INCREDIBLY prompt and fast! Secondly, this is a wonderful environment to be. For a busy place, this very clean, comfortable with a southern comfort charm. Everything is going well, and you can say that this is managed by a staff that is really important. Especially the food is gourmet level good!! It is almost perfect and they are certainly good above what they are price! The presentation is appetizing! Portion size is JUST perfect (the pictures do not do it just because I always eat instead of making a photo). No fried food is fat. The shrimps are huge! The burger is combined with the right juices. And the spices on the frits are POPING! I don't have enough room to tell you how great the food is! But I planned to visit regularly, and that should say a lot!"

"When my family and I were visiting Fripp Island, we stopped at Ocean to Fork seafood shop near Beaufort and bought several items, including red snapper and shrimp. They were very helpful with our choices and gave us wonderful instructions on how to prepare the seafood. The shop was immaculate, and they were so friendly. Everything we prepared was fresh and delicious. We had some leftovers and my son-in-law ate those the next day and said they tasted just as good as when I cooked them the first day. Recently, I was wanting to fix some fish at home and purchased some red snapper from a local seafood shop here in East Tennessee. I was having A special meal for some dear friends. I contacted Ocean to Fork, and Keith was very helpful and giving me a refresher on how to prepare the red snapper as I had before. The meal was a huge hit and I know when I'm in the Beaufort area again, I will definitely be purchasing seafood from Ocean to Fork."

"The dog house owners here are very friendly, we had shrimp burgers there as well as there chili hot dogs and I loved it! Very pet-friendly place too. I would recommend every local or tourist to stop at the doghouse and eat a quick bite!"

"Ignored, didn't feel welcomed at all by young woman at front counter. No more food like it use to be. Have gone to this store for years and always friendly and food was great. Found pair of earrings outside of store still on cardboard holder, gave to thelady, she just took them, no thank you nothing, god forbid she made eye contact. With her attitude sadly this store won't last.I always loved this place. Not sure if it's new owners or what but not going back."

"Sweet, with casual food. Had lunch here with spouse and two children. The café is in the back of the shop. We had a simple lunch (Gumbo, Sandwich and Mac cheese) followed by really delicious cakes for dessert. We enjoyed it!"
