"Very fast service, efficiently checked my allergy enquiries with no fuss. Ordered cod and chips, which was excellent, best fish we have had from fish and chip for ages. Fish cakes and chips exactly as it should be. Will definitely return. The staff were very friendly although we were quite late on a Sunday evening they were still busy, I can see why. Served by a young girl who was very helpful and lovely."

"We used to really enjoy the chips from here. Sadly they are now far from ok and greatly overpriced for such poor quality. Such a great shame because years ago they were the best tasting chips around. Extremely greasy batter and on cutting into it...I found lots of empty space where fish should have been. The chips were hard, quite dry and unappealing. We will definitely go elsewhere from now on."

"Fast service, fish and chips were not greasy. The batter was light and you could tell it was fresh, the portions are greatly sized and are quite generous, definitely worth the price which is quite reasonable. needed a bit more vinegar but over all great meal as always."
