"Service was good but food was really terrible. I was hesitant to get food from here due to bad reviews from another site, but my guests wanted Chinese food, so I went ahead and ordered since it was nearby. Nothing tastes good. The chicken dish was 'freshened up' by deep frying- the meat inside was not fresh. Vegetable over cooked and soaked in oil and gravy. Overall terrible. Will not eat here again. And on their menu- they serve shark fin. No. Just no."

"Placed a pick-up order on 25.4.22 waiting outside for the completion of the order. was quite quiet only 1 table of 4 (which had already their meals / drinks. 15 minutes passed and had to ask if the order had been started, in which the young guy said yes and it had not been. Moreover, the order and omg cappuccino was horrid, partner had a iced choc and was warm and extremely chocolate until it was not drinkable. definitiw will not go back nor recommend."

"Terrible Rude experience tonight at Romano’s Ellenbrook!!!! My daughter ordered 2 pizzas margarita cheesy garlic… simple not complicated at all.She gets home so looking forward to hoeing in completely disappointed.Burnt, dry, bits of left over bacon she’s vegetarian) this is not the first time, but I’ve just let it go…. BUT not tonight!So I ring and and lady answers I explain that the cheesy pizza is so dry n burnt, so she was helpful and apologetic, asked if anything else they could do do I said yes,,,, you could remake n deliver another one please as I have just got back from the store. No worries!Few minutes later the OWNER rings to explain happy to give me free pizza but not the delivery it would cost $6, reluctantly I said “ no worries” just this time but next time I will go you elsewhere!!!1 hr later still waiting!!!!!So I ring and got hung up on Rang back OWNER answers rudely got hung up on again!He calls himself a pizza owner Lost my business for sure!Worst service and pizzasNEVER AGAIN"
