We were four adults and a child, each ordered a dish, pizza and their trendy bread. There are no particular complaints about the dishes, but they appeared for bread for 70 rubles when my husband decided to try honey bread. He turned rancid. We would all understand that there are flaws in cooking, BUT serving rancid bread to visitors in such an institution is the aerobatics of the city of Orel. At the request to delete this position from the account for 70 rubles with a total score of 4600, they perceived it as an unacceptable offer. They didn’t even really apologize, the administrator mumbled something and closed the topic on this. Well, okay, I suggest feeding your owner with this bread, maybe then something will stir in the head of the chef or administrator. Были здесь второй раз и теперь последний. Начнем с того, что были с маленьким ребенком. Предложили детский стульчик так вот, уважаемый себя ресторан моет подобные стульчик хотя бы раз в неделю, а не втирает очередную порцию пищи в пластик. Нас было четверо взрослых и ребенок, заказали каждый по блюду, пиццу и их модный хлебушек. К блюдам нареканий особых нет, а вот к хлебу за 70рублей появились, когда муж решил попробовать медового хлеба. Он оказался прогорклым. Мы бы все поняли, бывают огрехи в приготовлении блюд, НО подавать посетителям в таком заведении прогорклый хлеб это высший пилотаж города Орла. На просьбу вычеркнуть из счёта эту позицию на 70р при общем счете на 4600 восприняли как не допустимое предложение. Толком даже не извинились, администратор что то промямлила и на этом тему закрыли. Ну и ладно, предлагаю этим хлебом накормить вашего владельца, может тогда у шеф повара или администратора что то зашевелится в голове."
