"The food was up to the usual standard of Greek food. Generous in quantity and of good quality. I started with a King size Martini, which has left me, over two hours later, also feeling generous. My companions had wine from the small but well selected wine list, which covered all the bases. The roast lamb was up to the usual Greek standard. The lamb chops, 4 of them when I could have probably been fully satisfied with two, but enjoyed all 4, and the calamari was highly acclaimed by two of my dinner companions. More than enough for three of us but the fourth member of the group was able to finish off anything we couldn't manage, so we still had room for the sweet Greek desserts. The setting, a converted house in lower Lonsdale, with a range of different rooms giving a special feeling to eating out here. I will come again."

"I used to live in Vancouver till 2003 and knew about this place but never went. Now back for a 10 days visit, I decided to visit with my close friend Claude on my first night. Made reservation with Christopher 2 weeks before. He is actually the owner. He welcome us at 6pm and assigned us a nice table for 2. He checked our ID’s and vaccine passports. The place was already busy and at the peak had 35-40 guests. Melanie was our server. Christopher is also a server. She has been there for 6 years. She explained the dishes of the day and was very professional and friendly. We started with German beers, then ordered the escargots $12.95 with artisan bread basket $4. Delicious! Claude could have had more garlic in it. He had jager schnitzel and I ordered the classic Wiener schnitzel. His mushroom sauce was on the side and I took some for my spaetzle . We ordered the half a litre of red. No disappointment there. We ordered another glass of red instead of dessert . A wonderful evening! Will return again with my Bavarian friend Ditmar."

"Two words would describe this business very well: Irresponsible and unprofessional. After booking a menu tasting with my fiancee a month in advance accompanied by a $107.10 deposit, we were asked a couple of days before the tasting date if we could somehow come in 2 hours earlier. After much deliberation we said sure since the date had not changed. A day later we get asked AGAIN to see if we can reschedule the tasting to some other day as the owner/chef decided to spend the whole day with his granddaughter. Sure, family is important but as a business you need to have the decency to honor your promise. What most businesses can deliver this caterer lacks badly in and that's keeping a promise. Without a doubt this has been the most unpleasant experience dealing with the most irresponsible and unprofessional group of people. On the bright side, we're so glad we're not wasting our money on such an unethical business. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. There are far better caterers out there who can at least honor commitments."

"Beautiful exterior before you enter the facility, the inside is well lit and well laid out, very elegant and tasteful interior. The table service wasn’t too memorable which I suppose is both good and bad because it wasn’t a negative or a positive experience it was just, average (regarding wait staff). The food, however, was very memorable. Great flavours, came hot and quick and good portions. Lots of food options on the menu and drinks weren’t too unreasonably priced. Overall, I would recommend this place and already have."
