"I regret to inform you that my recent visit to your restaurant left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. In fact, if I had the option to give it a 0-star rating, I would have done so without hesitation. Upon arrival, my family and I were immediately met with a sense of neglect. We waited patiently for a menu, only to receive one that was heavily ripped and outdated. The lack of attention to detail in providing a presentable menu set a negative tone for the rest of the evening. To make matters worse, we sat at our table for a solid five minutes without any form of acknowledgement from the staff. Not a simple greeting or a welcome was extended to us. This lack of basic courtesy was both surprising and disheartening. Regrettably, we waited for over 20 minutes, yet no staff member approached our table to take our order, offer us a glass of water or wine, or even inquire about our satisfaction. The level of negligence displayed was simply unacceptable. At that point, feeling completely disregarded, we made the difficult decision to leave. Astonishingly, it appeared that not a single employee in the restaurant noticed our departure. I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience at your restaurant. As a result, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your restaurant in the future. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure a similarly unpleasant experience."

"Beautiful place, we stopped for a late lunch. Food and service was good. Beware though my brother in law ordered the Surf and Turf it said Market Rate for price and didn't ask how much it ended up over $80, he said that the steak was a little tough, the lobster was large but not flavourful. When you see market rate be sure to ask ahead of time what that rate is. We were not far from Puerto Nuevo and would have gotten a better meal and deal there."

"Great spot for a drink, a meal, a party or a breathtaking view... we love coming to Vista Hermosa for all kinds of reasons... breakfast is my favorite menudo mimosas!!!!! Isidro is one of the hardest working people in Rosarito and the go to guy for all things needed in this fabulous town!!!! He was key in helping me Throw the perfect surprise party complete with Food, drink and a great band!!!! Thanks Isidro, Christa Pat you guys are 5 star all the way!!!! Try a relaxing massage , a dip in the pool or bang some balls into the ocean at the on site driving range .... man I could just keep going about how great this place is... do yourself a favor and try it all!!!!!!"
