"Poor quality food. Slow service. Had issues with an order going through and being charged on my card and calling the store to ask about the 2.5 hour wait time woman told me she couldn’t find the order and yelled at me about not being able to do anything about it, despite being charged. Then said she “voided it” and hung up on me. I called back and someone actually went through and helped void it. She straight up lied and hung up on me. Then when we ordered again, the tracker said it was ready to be picked up. Get there order hasn’t even been made. Like this place is a joke, I swear. Even when we get the pizza, there’s almost no sauce it’s dry as a bone, and tastes old. Like a cold pizza nobody picked up from hours earlier that they just gave us. Idk what happened to this location but it’s ridiculous."

"The new look is nice, BUT. It went bad from there. Too much to put on here. Got my order completely wrong, My wrap came out of the wraper onto the counter, the girl still put it in my bag. Found a 4 inch by 4 inch piece of plastic cooked between my double. I called the manager on duty and took it back. Walked in only to be laughed at by the cooks and other employees. Not the manger). She was apologetic and nice. Always loved my Wendy's until this experience. There is more but I'm not putting it on here."

"Stopped at the turfway McDonald's this evening a little before 6pm and went through the drive thru and there was 2 guys outside of the building actually standing in the drive thru and watched both of them approach other customers as they pulled up to the screen to order and beg for money.... and I was hesitant about as to drive off or place my order....I pulled up rolled down my window to place My order the guy just walked up and basically leaned inside my car asking if I had a few dollars or spare change to give and I said you need to get back from my car and he just proceeded to cuss me out and flip me off.....I pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager as I was paying for my food but was told that the manager was busy at the moment so I said well when he/she has a free moment Maybe they should go outside and ask the guys standing in the drive thru to stop hounding the customers for money...... didn't feel safe having someone walk up on me and leaning almost inside my car especially with a pandemic going on but I know that those managers aren't going to do anything because they let all the homeless people come in sit as long as they want and even sleep inside the restaurant.....I've seen this several times when I've eaten inside this location.....and there are several signs posted everywhere saying only a 30 minutes l time limit to consume your food......this place needs to be closed down"
