"Definitely one of the top tier fast food restaurants in Chicago land burbs one of our favorites to order food from! Always a great experience great food and great staff! My favorite items to get are just a regular Chicago dog, the Italian beef combo is absolutely phenomenal, cheesy fries chicken fingers and their new Italian beef bites oh wow so yummy lol "

"Burnt pizza is superior. We like Mod Pizza, but some employees at either location have... issues. Blaze pizza at Woodfield is good, but you have to fight mall traffic and sit in a food court, and you feel rushed because they are so busy. Burnt has none of these problems. We like the drizzles for your pizza and they have great inhedients and crusts. My wife takes advantage of the gluten free crust. The little homade desserts are good too. We really like the guy who runs the place. He may be the owner. Down to earth and friendly. Will talk to you if you have questions and not just churn you through. Not sure why they named it this, but the pizza is not burnt. LOL"

"Horrible customer service, order wrong, and to add insult to injury, manager says I can give a little credit. Like I’m a beggar or something. Keep your credit, I will go elsewhere from now on.Based on the owners response to my post is just another example of the lack of customer service at this location. Unfortunately I don’t have time to go back and forth with you, I have wasted enough time and money, but I will be sure to post pictures of the pizza asked for pepperoni on all of the pizza, when I came to pick it up it only was on half, guy takes it back and throws more on and must have backed it a couple minutes. I get home and the pepperoni is just falling off the pizza and I had to cut half the pizza myself. Not sure what my other reviews have to with your business, besides I’m not the only one that has given you a 1 star, hey but you earned it."

"Amazing place, would eat here again. I recommend the Chicken Parmesean, as it is undoubtedly the best in the area, and the Calamari, which is delicious. The service was exceptional, and everyone is patient and kind so long as you are to them, as always. It gets loud there, but not that loud and only when they are busy. It is on the pricey side, but it is worth it for the delicious food. There are gluten-free options, is very kid friendly, and has tons of parking."

"Garibaldis is one of those places that seems to have survived the test of time without much change. It looks just the same as when I was a kid which now seems like centuries ago. The electric and positive atmosphere quickly grabs hold as you walk inside. Recently while there, a labor shortage was affecting their workforce but the employees seemed to remain positive and helpful. My food arrived without much of a delay. But, the slice of cheese pizza I got was a bit of a disappointment. It was so greasy and soggy that the cheese slid off the crust and my hand was covered in grease. It tasted okay, I guess, but not like the good ole days when we didn’t have a country facing a global pandemic. I did also have a Blue Moon with my pizza which was cold and yummy. It’s nice to have that option of an adult beverage here too. I hope next time the pizza is better but I am already looking forward to the uplifting atmosphere."

"Absolutely loved this restaurant! We ordered the dough nuggets and thin crust pizza and both were Absolutely Amazing!!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and our server José was fantastic!! We will definitely come back here on our next trip to the area."
