"We came with family to this tapas bar located in Bolquere / Pyrenees 2000 and it was the worst experience in a pseudo restaurant. Indeed we were insulted (mange m and conn d to mention only a few...) by William Bernal, the big drunken mouth that handles the braser, simply because we asked to lower the music a little because we were located under the speaker. We were told that here it was in the right franquette and that if we weren't happy on, I quote, just had to break. William's motto: Music in full because it attracts customers and thus generates turnover. The two young associate bosses did not even try to calm him down, we even almost came to his hands: they reacted only when I mentioned calling the gendarmerie. I'm not talking to you about the head of the note where the tva doesn't come out, no siret number either and where it is written in Spanish! Here, even the note is at the right franquette. Added to this excessive prices for the content of the plate. Dramatic experience! To avoid absolutely !!!"
