"Today 's coffee was with a POLISH ex-WAITER who has worked at many restaurants in Melbourne over the years, good and not so good.<br/ <br/ He KNOWS coffee, has only TWO per day (one he makes himself .<br/ <br/ Sitting down today he tells me that his lunchtime coffee is serious business, and HAS to be good. Which is why this Whip was surprised to be in a food court cafe with a Vietnamese barista (he goes on for hours about the virtues of Italians , that also sells Pho (their sign says SO PHO SO GOOD! .<br/ <br/ Also the beans are Robert Timms.... Is he FOR REAL? Yes. The Pole explains that it 's not always possible to make a perfect brew, even his own varies... Todays lacks a bit of crema for his liking, usually better.<br/ <br/ Tip: the HUSBAND does the best coffee at 'Terrance '.<br/ Service: faultless.<br/ <br/ This Whip enjoyed the Latte. Strong, not bitter. Milk nice and velvety.<br/ Very GOOD.<br/ <br/ (We have a soft spot for Vietnamese food and love the French connection gastronomically .<br/ <br/"
