"The staff was nice but I ordered the garlic shrimp plate and the shrimp , egg and corn was over cooked and tasted like It wasn't made fresh that day. The sauce tasted salty. The only thing that tasted fresh was the blue crab I got added on. The sides and shrimp was like they may of just had left over food from a day or 2 before and decided to reheat it for my plate making it really over cooked . It was my first time going there and unfortunately my last but like I said the staff was nice."

"As recommended by my very popular Glam-Ma who has a skill for finding great places to eat, i Stopped by Babaes kitchen for some Mullet fish, brought my brothers along and we really enjoyed ourselves! My fish was outstanding and perfectly seasoned, my brothers hamburger made my mouth water at the sight (and I'm not a burger eater) , my other brother had the catfish and it looked amazing also! But on top of it all I really really REALLY have to say how amazing our waitress was. My family can have an odd sense of humor but she kept right w the tempo! She was AMAZING. Also, MS. BABAE herself came out to make sure we enjoyed our food and to introduce herself. Idk about you guys, but I LOVED that. I live in Tampa, but I'll be back soon. I wish this establishment nothing but success."
