"The hotel is located on a hill above a small town but is on a vineyard. The rooms are nice and efficient. The restaurant is magnificent and we had an exceptional meal. My husband had the 3-course meal which started with an amuse-bouche of asparagus panacota. The panacota was perfectly executed. I was quite impressed and was looking forward to the next couse. 2nd course was a fish over asparagus also delicious then came the palate cleanser a cucumber sorbet ... wow I could eat that everyday! The main meal was a very tender beef cheek and beef sous vide, less tender but tasty. As my main meal, I had the fish over risotto with asparagus which was a delight. We finished with a nice dessert. Overall a superb meal, best meal we ever had travelling in Germany. Congratulations to the talented Chef and thank you!"

Deutsche Küche die sich Wirklich sehen lassen kann und ausgezeichnet ist . DIe Inhaber freundlich und der Koch versteht sein Handwerk das Essen kam zügig obwohl wir als carte bestellt haben . Wir waren zum erstenmal im Ahr Vinum und werden jetzt öftres kommen Sehr zu empfehlen"
