"We stopped over at L'hermitage en route back to the Channel from Southern France. The hotel is in a pleasant village and has lovely grounds. The food is excellent , especially the Veal, Turbot and desserts but service appears aimed at getting everyone out of the restaurant by 9pm at the expense of explaining the dishes and resolving customer issues. Rooms are fine, but why have 2 sinks in a bathroom when the toilet is in a tiny cupboard next to the wardrobe."
