"I placed an order through the Jimmy Johns mobile app for delivery one Saturday afternoon. The food is for my children who customize their sandwiches picked everything that they wanted and we were charged the $28 dollars for the order, delivery fee and tax. After over an hour I decided to call the store. There is no answer. Multiple attempts were made and no answer. I got in the car and drove up to the store at 4:45pm. The doors are locked all the lights were off and there is no sign on the front door stating that they're shut. I came back the next day. We understand that stores can shut due to staffing issues. I simply wanted the sandwiches we ordered and that we paid for along with the delivery fee. When I came through the door on Sunday around 4:30 there were three people making sandwiches. The woman at the front desk asked if I had an online order. I said no. She said OK then we're closed. I let her know About the online order that I had made the day before. That it charged my card and I received nothing. She asked for my name and said sorry we didn't get any orders like that you'll have to take it up with your bank. She made no offer to rectify the situation or offer any service whatsoever. I asked to speak with a manager. She said she was the manager. More service was expected from a place like this."
