"Three Story Coffee is an absolute gem in the middle of Jefferson City and if you are any where near the State Capital it is worth the small trip down the hill from it for the beat coffee in Missouri. I know that is a bold claim, since taste is super subjective, but try it yourself and prove me wrong. I know you have to ask to see latte art, and they're happy to oblige, but it is because they are trying to make the best, most consistent coffee drink for you, not fanciful art that you drink up in a few moments. I live no where near this place, and go out of my way to stop there since 2017."

"They had plenty waitresses/waiters but they didn't know what they were doing. The management needs to train employees better. We were there for 2 hours because we waited a long time for someone to take our order. My husband had to go get our silverware and syrup. Customers were very upset for the service they were getting. I know this day and time businesses are short handed, but in this case it wasn't because they were short handed it was because they needed more training. The food was not very good. The omelet was all egg no vegetables. My husband's was good and also my son's was good."

"Stopped in quickly as we were heading out of town, and decided to get a caramel iced latte and a regular latte. Glad we stopped by. Drinks were made quickly and they were delicious. Exactly what we're looking for. We're in and out in a few minutes, and the bistro was very nice. It was afternoon, and the coffeehouse was pretty quiet. Nice location, and street parking."
