"My wife and I have made vacation in thompson in the last two years. minnie’s cafe is where the local food is. her breakfast is large and more than appropriate. I have to have the light breakfast and that's more than enough. every meal we had was excellent. our favorite is Wednesday, meatloaf. you always hear that caffe fleischtau is bad and keeps you away from it. but at minnie s you better go there early before they run out. it seems that everyone likes the meat leaf. tomorrow coffee drinker I want to know that a cup of coffee life is about five minutes. the staff is more than friendly."

"The service was slow for sandwich side but well worth it!! Best sandwich I've had in years. My hubby had the breakfast burrito and he said it was really good too! While we were there they called in 2 more employees to help, so the service must have beenfaster after we left. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for the best sandwiches"

"We walk in were told the wait would be about 45 minutes. I'm tell you....it was worth the wait. Jesse was our waiter. He was clean neat and tidy. He also had an excellent demeanor. Friendly. Smiling. Just the best waiter I have had in years. The food was perfect. Not one thing wrong. Price is more than fair for the amount food you get. The plates were beautiful. The cook took the time to make sure presentation was spot on. I will eat here every chance I get. 5 stars isn't fair, but 10 stars isn't available. Good job. Kudos."
