"We sat outside in the courtyard and were the first in at around 8pm. A little off putting is the butchers next door selling every cut of horse you could want... but by 9.30 the place was packed with the locals mostly whole families with every generation seated at the table. They have an extensive menu of pizza if you are really stuck , but also some fish and meat dishes which are all perfectly fine and well cooked. Its proper authentic cuisine of Salento style. its very good value too."

"Simply a place to be and to try. Very simple location nothing fancy but the food its' just amazing. I have been there twice and i have tried lots of thing except the pizza as there were so many good things to try that the fish was the to go to plate! Fresh fish, pasta was excellent too, dessert amazing and also the wine! I strongly recommend the place! can't wait to go there next summer :"
