"Everything was great. From food to environment except service. Although Pizza Hut is a franchise business, the service to customer is not systematic and it charges 10% service charge. My experience follows. When I take a sit, I was served with menu first without fork and spoon. You can see every empty tables full of fork, spoon and serviette. Maybe it is newly clean. Next, soup was given without spoon. Waiter did not check customer for dinning tools. To my surprise, a waitress served drinks to wrong table (6 tables in this cozy restaurant was occupied at the time). I wonder why since she has read instructions from computer."
